I am very excited to be a 3rd grade teacher at Island Park Elementary! Over the last two years, I have enjoyed working as a substitute teacher across all the elementary schools in our district. At the end of last year, I had the wonderful opportunity to serve as learning support for the K-3 students at Island Park and Northwood Elementary.

My goal this year is to create a fun environment for our students that brings out their confidence and love for learning!

A little about me: I love going to the movies, building Legos, baking, and engaging in all sorts of arts and crafts in my free time. I live in Queen Anne and often travel to visit the San Juan Islands. During the summer, you can find me working hard at restaurants. Family is very important to me, and I travel each year to Lake Crescent, WA for our family reunion, which we have been celebrating for 67 years!
